By this I mean 'lost money' or 'was not a good investment' or 'was a DeathMarchProject'. Other criteria might apply, feel free to add/modify.

By this reckoning, I don't think CthreeProjectTerminated counts as a failure, but it was definitely adversely affected by XpAndOfficePolitics.

I think we need a good DefinitionOfProjectFailure --KrisJohnson
