WindowsXpDevelopment concerns itself with development of IT solutions where WindowsXp client PC are used.

This will allow ComPlus 1.5 capabilities to be exploited in instances where doing so makes business sense.

JavaVirtualMachine aspects

As noted in MicrosoftExtensions, there were at one time a separate MS "Jview" virtual machine, incompatible with the runtime distributed by SunMicrosystems.
