An AntiPattern? Attempts to implement the UltimateArchitecture seem to follow failed projects, and hindsight leads many to proclaim that people with better foresight could have created a perfect solution capable of meeting all project needs, past and present. Bonus points are not typically rewarded for identifying why the previous UltimateArchitecture failed.
