This is a Basic in interpreter in CommodoreSixtyFour written by a kid named David Simons who was 16 years old. This interpreter has many cute graphical & sprite functions which allows you to write without diving into Assembly.

It was 1986 at the time I've heard about it. He must 29 or older now.
