Q:
Does that mean there is UnintentionalProgramming, in which applications appear by accident? ("I dropped three boxes of punchcards, ran them through the reader, and out popped a new operating system!")
A: If that's what happened, it would be a great surprise, similar to a thousand monkeys, with laptops, working together and producing the same thing.
