A GnuGeneralPublicLicense toolkit for creating applications that use the Microsoft Messaging ApplicationProgrammingInterface.

The code started out as part of a project to build an OpenSource MAPI transport and MAPI message store. The code has evolved, predominantly using TestDrivenDevelopment.
