JulianFitzell is a SmalltalkLanguage consultant based in Canada.

In 2001, Fitzell and AviBryant created SeasideFramework, the prototypical ModalWebFramework, in SqueakSmalltalk. (Seaside has since been ported to other Smalltalks.)
