ExtremeFrequency is what happens when something is applied or iterated upon in such small, tight, frequent cycles as to approximate continuity. Hence ContinuousIntegration, and ContinuousCodeReview (a.k.a. PairProgramming). It is one of the ExtremePrinciples XP uses to achieve its goal to EmbraceChangeContinuously.
