ContinuousRefactoring

Why has no-one commented on ContinuousRefactoring which some people think is a core practice of XP?

Probably because they called it RefactorMercilessly. Not that ContinuousRefactoring is a bad term, but RefactorMercilessly strikes me as more "ear-catching".
