Chet does XP consulting. He is the coauthor of ExtremeProgrammingInstalled, along with RonJeffries and AnnAnderson.

Chet worked at ChryslerCorporation on the famous ChryslerComprehensiveCompensation project. He is a former world champion trap shooter and gourmet cook. Chet was the winner of the Project Manager game at OOPSLA'98. He is married to SueHendrickson.
